Timeline COVID-19
- 141WHO stated that the COVID-19 outbreak was not yet a pandemic, as it was niether spreading internationally in an uncontrolled way, nor causing large-scale of deaths.
- 142The “Special Act for Prevention, Relief and Revitalization Measures for Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens” was promulgated by President Tsai Ing-Wen. A NT$ 60 billion special budget was allocated to provide relief to affected businesses.
