The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that a fifth batch of 500,000 doses of the AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine provided by the Japanese government will arrive in Taiwan on September 25, 2021. The CECC expresses its sincere gratitude again to the government and people of Japan for providing the batch of AZ vaccine doses, which will help Taiwan boost its vaccination coverage.
