- 481Poland announced it will close its borders for 10 days.
- 482Thailand removed Taiwan from the list of affected areas.
- 483Spain entered a 15-day state of emergency.
- 484Listed Travel Notice Level for 27 countries in Europe and Dubai to Level 3 (Warning). Travel Notices for the states of Washington, New York and California increased to Level 2 (Alert). All other countries not listed in the Travel Notice were listed as Level 1 (Watch).
- 485The Philippines imposed curfew for one month. Shopping centers and entertainment venues were prohibited from operating between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am.
