1. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 by international travelers, visitors to Europe from 03 March to 14 March could be subject to COVID-19 testing.
2. Health declaration forms (including online forms) from 03 March to 14 March would be used to contact information of all travelers to Europe. The command center would actively check the health status of these individuals through the National Health Insurance system. Those with pneumonia or upper respiratory symptoms could be told (through SMS) to undergo COVID-19 testing.
3. For all entrants to Taiwan, a call center would telephone them to periodically follow up on their health status.
