The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that the seventh round of the name-based rationing system for at-home rapid test kits, the fifth round of the program to provide a pack of five free rapid test kits to each child aged six or under (born on or after September 2, 2016), and the third round of the free rapid test program to offer five free rapid test kits to each elderly person aged 65 or older (born in 1957 or earlier) will begin on November 1, 2022.
