On July 24, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that the third round of the name-based distribution system for at-home rapid test kits will start on July 1, 2022, and will be implemented in the same manner as the second round; restrictions with regard to ID numbers ending in odd or even numbers that determine on which days people can buy at-home rapid test kits will be lifted. Members of the public who need rapid tests can buy them through the name-based system.
