Starting from March 1, screening and COVID-19 Health Declaration not required for passengers departing from 5 airports or 2 ports to outlying islands

On February 24, the Central Epidemic Control Center (CECC) announced that passengers departing from five airports or two ports on the main island of Taiwan to outlying islands will not be required to undergo screening and complete a COVID-19 Health Declaration beginning March 1 as the domestic epidemic situation is considered stable and under control based on the local epidemic trend around the Lunar New Year holiday.
