CECC to increase distribution points of COVID-19 home test kits to facilitate early detection and prevent virus from entering community
On December 30, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that the strengthened COVID-19 community surveillance program will be expanded starting January 1, 2022; under the expanded surveillance program, distribution sites of government-funded COVID-19 home test kits will be increased from 86 designated clinics to 272, allowing basic-level community clinics in townships, cities, and districts with larger populations to assist in the distribution of the test kits.
