1. When the goods, materials and medical devices required by epidemic prevention were imported, each Custom will immediately perform customs clearance and coordinate with related review units to provide the most rapid and convenient clearance services of goods and answer each concern about the clearance.
2. For the imported goods, materials and medical devices required by epidemic prevention, and the machines as well as chemicals for environmental cleaning and sterilization, if the approval document for tax-exemption was not obtained from Ministry of Health and Welfare due to the urgent schedule, the vendor can sign an undertaking with the Custom at the place of import, and apply for the approval document in accordance with Regulations Governing the Duty Exemption of Imported Relief Articles within 2 months after the date when goods are released to be exempt from import taxes.
