"For people who were stranded in China, Hong Kong and Macau due to COVID-19, and could not return to Taiwan to seek medical treatment, Taiwan set up an operation to facilitate attaining the necessary healthcare and prescription medications for them. 
Afterwards in response to the evolving epidemic situation, Taiwan’s CECC applied this operation to Taiwanese stuck in all other countries/regions with Level 3 travel alerts. For those stranded in restricted regions with chronic diseases and medication needs, Taiwan formulated guidelines for "Operations to Deliver Medications to Patients with Chronic Diseases."
