1. In response to the real-name rationing system for face masks, the National Health Insurance Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare made optimal use of the health insurance information network service system (VPN) to build a "epidemic preventive mask control system" in the medical information cloud query system which went online on February 6. That System kept all dedicated health insurance pharmacies informed of the updates on inventory stocks and product of face masks. That System remains open accessible from 7 o'clock to 22 o'clock every day to facilitate the operation of local pharmacies. 
2. In addition, in order to ease up the pressure of the querying host, the inventory update of masks was also released to the government open data platforms (updated every 30 seconds).
