1. To better enforce epidemic prevention measures, starting at midnight 19 March, Taipei time, foreign nationals (except holders of permanent residency permit, diplomatic credentials, business contracts, or other special permits) arriving on commercial aircraft to Taiwan would be denied entry.
2. Those who could enter Taiwan must undergo home quarantine for 14 days. After entering the country, responsible parties would arrange for their residence, movement, and workplace safety.
