To alleviate the uneven distribution of masks making it easier for office workers, students and other groups to buy masks, the government and private industry cooperatively launched "Name-based Mask Distribution System 2.0." Besides the existing affiliated drug stores and health centers, a new online pre-order mechanism was established. People could log in to the platform through their National Health Insurance Cards, Citizen Digital Certificates, or through the NHI Easy Mobile APP to pre-order.
