Italy raised to Level 3 (Warning) Travel Notice destination. All travelers returning from Italy were requested to undergo 14 days of home quarantine.
1. Italy’s COVID-19 cases and deaths increased rapidly recently. Considering the increased risk of infection to travelers, Taiwan’s CECC issued Level 3 travel notice: Warning for the country warning against all non-essential travel.
2. The CECC also announced that those who traveled to Italy (excluding transits) within the previous 14 days from 00:00 Taipei Standard Time on February 28 must undergo a 14-day home self-health management.
