Countries with Level 1 (Thailand, Italy, Iran) and Level 2 (Singapore, Japan) travel notice  had steadily rising cases, and continued to have incident clusters in communities and hospitals; therefore beginning on February 24, travelers arriving in Taiwan from those countries would be required to conduct self-health management for 14 days.
