246 Taiwan nationals returned from Wuhan on first charter flight were closely monitored in centralized quarantine facilities. They were later discharged from quarantine.
As for Taiwanese businessmen returning from Wuhan on February 3, besides the lone confirmed case diagnosed on February 4 , 246 people were closely monitored at a centralized group quarantine site, and subsequently released from quarantine on 18 February. They nevertheless had to adhere to self-health management guidelines.
