1. In response to an outbreak of COVID-19 in China, Hong Kong and Macao, Taiwan’s Department of Cyber Security, Executive Yuan and the Ministry of Health and Welfare jointly developed the Quarantine System for Entry to achieve more effective quarantine measures and passenger clearance.
2. After the system went online, passengers with a domestic cell phone number could scan a QR Code when they checked in at the airline counter to enter the "Quarantine System for Entry" website. The entire process could be completed in four simple steps: scanning, entering data, receiving SMS and presenting your phone.

(2) After the flight arrived in Taiwan, passengers must turn on the cellphone and the health declaration voucher would be automatically sent via SMS
(3) After arrival in Taiwan, passengers could simply present the health declaration pass for faster immigration clearnace.
