Chinese provinces of Henan and Zhejiang had over 1,000 cases of COVID-19 respectively, and had uncontrolled community transmission. Particularly, Zhejiang experienced an uptick in local infections, while an outbreak stemming from family gatherings and suspected asymptomatic carriers appeared in Henan Hence. The two provinces had been placed under Level 1 travel notice since the February 15.
