As the countermeasures against the severe special infectious pneumonia pandemic, the Ministry of Health and Welfare proactively renders active psychological support and care for people who have been isolated and quarantined at home due to the pandemic. The Ministry of Health and Welfare takes the initiative to care for the needy people. On February 11, 2020, the Pandemic Care Center was officially established on the first floor of the Ministry to proactively care for the people through the phone. The service hours of the Care Center are from 9 am to 6 pm daily without an exception even on weekend/national holidays. Such thoughtful services are readily available until March 31.
