In order to provide optimal care for patients with special medical needs, face masks were provided by medical institutions to patients.

1. In an attempt to take good care of patients with special medical needs, medical institutions would provide face masks (about 130,000 masks per day) to the following patients: 
(1) Patients who receive dialysis (renal dialysis) 
(2) Patients with cancer chemotherapy or radiation therapy 
(3) Other patients whose physicians assess for a need to seek frequent medical treatment every day, every other day or every week.
(4) Inpatients and accompanists thereof (limited to one for each inpatient) 
2. The aforementioned people may be provided with one face mask each time in medical care services or as an accompanist where the medical institutions should set up a registry book to assure sound control so that the acquisitioned masks would be assured into very sound use.
