Three-Small-Links suspended.

1. Starting from February 10, all direct cross-Taiwan Strait sea passenger transport routes were suspended and would not resume services until the assessment of the epidemic situation proves stable. The competent authorities would complete the relevant preparations ready for the upcoming restoration into normal marine transportation services. 
2. Given the facts that the epidemic already reached its peak period, China announced the implementation of "closed management" such as lockdown of 80 cities on February 7. The CECC announced the following countermeasures in response: 
(1) Cruise ships that had docked at ports in China, Hong Kong and Macau within 14 days before entry should not dock at any port in Taiwan. 
(2) Starting from February 6, "International cruise ships would be prohibited from calling any port in Taiwan"
(3) Starting from February 10, “Passenger transportation through the”  three-small- links would be suspended. 
(4) Starting from February 10, direct cross-strait passenger transportation by sea would be suspended.
