1.Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, to prevent cluster infection and safeguard the health of teachers and students, it was decided to postpone the universities’ and colleges’ 2019 semester 2 to after the February 25. Simultaneously, it was decided that starting from February 9 to temporary delay entry of Chinese students. 
2. In order to safeguard the health of teachers and students, as well as proactively preventing the occurrence of cluster infection at schools, universities and colleges were asked to delay the start of semester to February 25. If there were needs for graduate institution examinations, the schools should provide the highest preventative measures to meet the epidemic preventive requirements.
