1. Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province had already started to implement land transport control, as well as restriction of residents and other interventions. Considering that Taiwan has a close interaction with the Wenzhou City, Zhejiang with direct flights, therefore, starting from the February 3, the Central Epidemic Command Center(CECC) had listed the Wenzhou City, Zhejiang as level 2 epidemic areas. 
2. Any person entering Taiwan with a Wenzhou Province travel history would need to be listed as persons subjected to home quarantine. Those with place of residence as Wenzhou Province would be prohibited to enter Taiwan. If fever or acute respiratory tract symptoms are discovered, the person shall be transferred immediately to the designated medical care institutions for screening and return home for home quarantine. If the test is positive, then mandatory quarantine shall be carried out according to the COVID-19 management protocol.
