1. The traveler may carry suitable quantity for travel purposes (up to a maximum of 5 boxes, 50 masks per box) while exiting the Taiwan customs. 
2. According to the Customs Anti-smuggling Act, masks would be confiscated for those who were carrying excess quantity masks and discovered by custom inspections.  A fine will be occured up to 3 times of the commodity price.
3. According to the Executive Yuan's instructions, those masks that were being determined confiscated at the customs would be moved to the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, MOHW after charges  for national disease prevention needed.
