The CECC's travel notice level 3: Warning had been extended to the Hubei Province (including Wuhan City).The CECC asked the public not to travel to these places if not necessary. The travel notice level for other provinces and cities in China was raised to Level 2 :Alert. The following shows the reasons why you should take enhanced protection measures when traveling to these places:
1. Cases continued to emerge in each province in China. Particularly, the number of cases in other counties and cities in Hubei Province had been increased rapidly.
2. WHO had said that the virus can be transmitted between humans so that the infectious risk was increased.
