An expert consultation meeting was convened. In it, the instructions were given that "when it comes to fighting enemies, we must anticipate the worst, and prepare for the worst." We should also improve various response measures, such as the diagnosis capabilities in laboratories, improved reporting, and inspection.
1. The citizens who went back to Taiwan from Wuhan within 14 days should go to see a doctor immediately if they have fever and respiratory tract symptoms. The doctor  should report this for collection and inspection purpose.
2. Establish the related reporting definitions and subsequent handling process for healthcare institutions and call for them to cooperate with and enhance control measures for infections.
3. Refine our preparedness and response actions and strategies for the epidemic, improve the capability to diagnose the pathogen of emerging infectious diseases, and adapt the response measures to the changing epidemic situation.
