All HSR stations, Train stations, Post office, airports, ports, highway rest areas, and bus transfer stations were requested to moniter body temperature. Individuals suffering from fevers were not allowed to enter nor take public transportation.
To reduce the risk of disease transmission during holidays, the following measures are adopted:
1. Encouraging the public to always wear masks aboard public transport.
2. Requiring all major stations, including railway/bus stations, airports, highway rest areas, post offices to measure people’s body temperature. Individuals with two consecutive forehead temperatures reaching 37.5 degrees Celsius, or with the second measurement of ear temperature reaching 38 degrees Celsius, would be urged to return home to rest and to seek medical treatment. They must not take public transportation, enter the service areas, business premises and other crowded spaces.
