Citizens returning from South East Asia are requested to report their travel history to authorities.Those who live with chronic disease patients, elderlies or underage children are requsted to stay in designated epidemic prevention hotels.

1. Given the worsening COVID-19 situation in Southeast Asia, starting midnight, 21 April, Taiwan time, returning passengers with Southeast Asia travel history in the past 14 days (from midnight 7 April, Taiwan time) must complete "Health Declaration and Home Quarantine Notice" before boarding the flight. The passenger must also confirm whether his/her residence meets the home quarantine requirements to ensure the safety of the general public.
2. If the above-mentioned people live with an elderly aged 65 or older, a child aged 6 years old or younger, and patients with chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, lung disease, etc.), and  have no separate room (with a separate bathroom), after entering Taiwan, they should be checked into a quarantine hotel. Failure to provide accurate information may result in a maximum fine of NT$ 150,000.
